USA Wrestling 2025 Southern Plains Regional Championships will be held in Oklahoma City, OK on May 16-18, 2025, and will take place at the Oklahoma City Convention Center. This event is a qualifier for the 2025 Junior and 16U National Championships in Fargo, ND, and for Kids Nationals in the 8U through 14U divisions.
 
The Southern Plains Regional Championships offers divisions for  8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U & Juniors.  The Southern Plains Regional provides both boys and girls an opportunity to compete in Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles of competition.
